Excluded countries

OrSuisse does not enter in business relations with natural or legal persons from the United States of America.

This applies to:
In the case of natural persons and representatives of legal persons:
All persons possessing the citizenship or a Green Card of the United States of America, or who maintain a residence or are liable to pay tax in the United States of America for other reasons (e. g. joint assessment of spouses) or which fulfill the requirements of the „substantial presence test" (see IRS).

In the case of legal persons:
All legal persons (unincorporated or incorporated companies or other organizations), which have been founded according to the laws of the United States of America or a state, territory or possession of the United States of America or have their seat or a liable to tax there.

This exclusion includes as well the following countries:

United States Virgin Islands– VI
Guam – GU
Northern Mariana Islands – MP
American Samoa – AS
United States Minor Outlying Islands – UM
Marshall Islands – MH
Federated States of Micronesia – FM
Palau - PW
Afghanistan – AF
Iraq – IQ

Further countries
OrSuisse obeys and implements all sanctions imposed by SECO (State Secretariat for Economic Affairs) on individual states or persons/corporations. You can find a detailed list here.

Aside of the exclusions there are shipping restrictions for the following countries:

All exclusions extend to domiciliary companies whose beneficial owners fulfill at least one of the above-mentioned reasons for exclusion.
